SCCAP is South Central Pennsylvania's community action program. We are on a mission to empower families and engage the community to break the cycle of poverty. We are an independent non-profit aiming to change policy and build innovative community solutions. SCCAP is comprised of a number of programs to make effective, long-lasting change in the areas of self sufficiency, employment and education, health and nutrition, and social innovation.
